Tank Connectors

Purewater supply and if required, factory fit a vast range of complimentary connections including:

• Float Valves.

BS1212, Equilibrium, and the Aylesbury Keraflo range.

Float valves can be factory fitted by our engineers, ensuring correct air gap designation and eliminating innacuracies encountered when valves are fitted by persons not fully conversant with current water regulations.

• Screened overflows and warning pipes.

A full range of screened overflows and warning pipes from 22mm up to 200mm.

Screened overflows up to 50mm are suitable for a compression joint to PVC and copper pipework.

Screened overflows 67mm and larger are manufactured by ourselves from Pvc and are suitable for either Pvc flange and backing ring or solvent cement fixed socket connection.

• Full faced flanged tank connectors.

A range of flanged tank connectors from 28mm up to 200mm all supplied complete with EPDM gaskets and NP16 flange and galvanised backing ring.

It is highly recommended that our engineers factory fit these connections for you.

• Brass compression tank connectors.

A comprehensive range from 15mm up to 54mm. Either factory fitted or supplied loose for on-site fitting.

• Screened lid vents.

Fitted to the tank lid to prevent vaccum and pressurisation of the tank during normal used.

• Open vent seal.

Sealed connection to allow the fitting of vent pipes from other equipment. Especially suitable for feed and expansion tanks.

• Internal sparge pipes.

Internal pipework fitted to the discharge connection of the tank. These connections are suitable for use when both inlet and discharge connections are positioned on the same face of the tank. Utilisation of a sparge pipe will ensure a cross flow of water helping prevent stagnation.

• Non-Std connections.

Purewater Storage can supply non-std connections to suit most applications and manufactured from a number of materials including stainless steel, ABS and PVC. Please contact us with any unusual requirements.
