The One - Piece Tank Range

The Purewater range of storage tanks has been designed, and is manufactured to comply with the latest Water Regulations 1999 and carry full WRAS approval. The Purewater One-piece range is the culmination of 10 years of experience of water tank manufacture, along with over 30 years experience manufacturing the highest quality Grp products for industry.

Only materials of the highest quality are used along with highly efficient manufacturing processes. This combination ensures that the Purewater range is of the highest quality available.

All internal surfaces, including the lid have an Isophthalic white gelcoat layer which provides a clinical smooth surface which will not support the growth of microbiological organisms.

This gelcoat layer is reinforced by the main Grp laminate which provides the main structure of the tank body. Again the materials used are of the highest quality and applied with exacting production standards to assist in prevention of osmotic blistering.

Further reinforcement is provided by square section steel tubing with fully welded corner joints. As steel reinforcement ensures that the softening and general deterioration encountered with timber supports is avoided, thus providing full structural reinforcement for the life of the tank.

After the CFC free PU foam insulation and the steel reinforcement are fitted, the Grp outer skin is then applied. This ensures that both insulation and reinforcement are fully encapsulated and protected from external conditions.

The whole tank is then coated with a tack free grey polyester gelcoat layer. This ensures that Purewater tanks are suitable for all locations and weather conditions and can be located outdoors as standard.

All Purewater Tanks are available as 2-section units for restricted access applications and as half height units for applications with restricted head room.

Two - Piece Tanks

Purewater PW3750 Two-piece tank complete with raised float valve housing and screened spill over weir to provide AB air gap.

The full and comprehensive range of one-piece tanks ensure that most applications are catered for within our standard range, but where access is a limiting factor Purewater offer the facility to manufacture all tanks in two or more horizontally split sections which are then assembled once the restriction has passed.. In a nutshell – a one piece tank in two or more bolt together sections.

This format allows half or one third high tank sections to be passed through a doorway and assembled once in place.

All of the components including sealant and fixings for the joint flange are supplied with the tank.

The assembly of this range of products could not be easier and should not prove difficult for any competent mechanical services engineer. Alternatively our products are fully supported by our own team of engineers who will carry out the on-site assembly of all two-piece tanks if required.

The Purewater range of two-piece and multiple section tanks allows utilization of the more cost effective one-piece type tank format, where a considerably more expensive sectional tank would traditionally have been supplied.

Where the area where the tank is to be positioned is of a restricted nature. Purewater offer the facility to design and manufacture bespoke non-std configuration one-piece and multiple section tanks. Our design and manufacture capability allow assistance in the design of virtually any tank configuration to suit the requirements of the application.
